A flexibility session focuses on improving the range of motion and flexibility in the body through various stretching exercises and techniques.

Dry needling is a technique that uses thin needles to release tight and irritable muscle trigger points. It can decrease pain, increase blood flow and improve mobility

The graston technique is a form of manual therapy that helps with scar tissue and adhesions in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. 

Cupping involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction, which gently pulls the skin and underlying tissues upward. This increases blood flow, reduces muscle tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.
